The continuous casting billet deburring function can effectively and quickly remove the burr of billet, prevent the impact on the surface quality of finished steel rolling products, and ensure the quality of steel rolling. The equipment uses the round scraper to remove the burr of billet in the process of moving, which plays an important role in improving the removal rate of burr and ensuring the quality of continuous casting billet

Equipment composition
Deburring machine is mainly composed of front lifting seat, deburring beam, rear lifting seat, rotating cylinder, electrical system and position detection switch.
The front lifting seat includes:
